The Garden

The metaphor has been chosen to illustrate the trajectory of growth and some of the harvest reaped. It has been an amazing journey learning to garden. It is never as simple as “have seed, will grow’. Far from it.

Throughout this journey, we have learnt as much from gardening as participants have shown us how to nurture them. It has been an insightful collaboration of many complex layers, not a linear path.

12 signature projects from 2008 are documented in the exhibition, some programmes of which are still ongoing while others like digiAFTEC has emerged from the depths of Covid.

This website gives further information on the projects that you will see in the exhibition. We decided on photographs only there with documentaries here in this site. Enveloping the photos is a garden with vistas that tell three stories.
